When will I receive my order?

Our processing time is 1-2 weeks plus shipping from the date the order was placed. We will notify you via email with tracking information once your package has shipped. All orders will ship with either USPS or UPS.

I don’t see my state/country offered in the product I want to buy, how can I order a different state/country than what is pictured?

We offer all the states/countries.You can select your preference from a drop down menu once you add the item to your cart. If the country you need is not listed, you can select any of the states/countries. Once you have purchased, just email us the country you need and we will note your order.

Do you offer RUSH production and/or EXPEDITED shipping?

If possible, we are happy to accommodate your timeline. Please email us prior to purchasing with the item(s) needed, date you need it, and the shipping address. Please note that there is a rush fee (determined by the item) and the expedited shipping cost.

Do you accept custom projects?

We are always open to new projects if our production schedule allows. Some of our past commercial custom projects include set designs for The Southern C Summit at Sea Island, Logo Wall Dividers for the Wheels Up Parties at The Masters in Augusta, GA and designing and crafting store displays for Keva Style. We also love creating large scale wedding crests for bars/reception decor as well as champagne walls.

I am local and would like to pick up my order. How do I waive the shipping fee and schedule a time to pick up my order?

You can select local pick up as an option during checkout. Once you receive an email confirming your order is complete, please email us to arrange for pick up at our studio in Historic Downtown Brunswick.

I’m traveling to the Golden Isles and would love to come to your studio, are you open to the public?

We would love for you to visit in person, but our studio is full throttle and can be a hazardous environment for visitors. Lots of noise, machinery, sawdust and shipment prep don’t make way for a safe visit. But there are a few local shops that carry our products that would be happy for you to pop in and say hello!

What’s the best way to care for my food safe item (bread board, tray, smart susan)?

All of our food-safe items are finished with FDA approved food safe mineral oil. Depending on the usage of your item, we suggest coating it with oil at least once a year. Use a soft cloth and with circular motions apply oil on the front, back and sides of the item. Allow it to dry for 24 hours and wipe the excess away with a fresh soft cloth.

Can I use chalk markers on my chalkboard product?

We prefer the look of regular chalk! The chalk markers are cool, but they tend to never fully erase. With each chalkboard purchase we include a piece of chalk to get you started along with care instructions.
