When will I receive my order?

Our processing time is 1-2 weeks plus shipping from the date the order was placed. We will notify you via email with tracking information once your package has shipped. All orders will ship with either USPS or UPS.

Shipping Rates & Timelines

We ship primarily with UPS Ground Shipping, which is between 1-5 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and/or nationally observed US holidays. Orders can take 5-10 business days for order processing and does not include the shipping time. Within the order processing time you will be updated as to any changes in availability or items in your order. Once shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

Do you offer RUSH production and/or EXPEDITED shipping?

If possible, we are happy to accommodate your timeline. Please email us prior to purchasing with the item(s) needed, date you need it, and the shipping address. Please note that there is a rush fee (determined by the item) and the expedited shipping cost

I am local and would like to pick up my order. How do I waive the shipping fee and schedule a time to pick up my order?

You can select local pick up for your shipping option during your checkout process. Once you receive an email confirming your order is complete, please email us to arrange for pick up at our studio in Historic Downtown Brunswick.

I don’t see my state/country offered in the product I want to buy, how can I order a different state/country than what is pictured?

We offer all the states/countries.You can select your preference from a drop down menu once you add the item to your cart. If the country you need is not listed, you can select any of the states/countries. Once you have purchased, just email us the country you need and we will note your order.

Missing Orders/Packages

It is the customers responsibility to report to us any missing orders or packages. Customers have 30 days from delivery date given by FedEx to report to us any missing orders or packages. If a customer reports a missing package outside of FedEx's claims procedure timeline we are then unable to accommodate for any missing orders or packages.
